Lillian Axe New site! lillianaxe.com!
Lillian Axe happens to still be my favorite group... AND, for all you Lillian Axe fans, here's some awesome Axe info for you! As many know, the band members went their separate ways to work on individual projects in 1995, but the Axe is back, at least for a little while! They toured a bit in 1999 and 2000, and on June 8, 1999, they released a CD of previously unreleased songs called Fields Of Yesterday! I would also like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Brent, who went to the Axe concert on February 26, 1999 and sent me a T-shirt! The last time I saw Lillian Axe in concert was in 1993 at Hammerjacks in Baltimore. I'm in serious withdrawal! Hey, Ron, and the rest of the band, please play near NJ soon! I know it's now 2005 - still waiting :)

Order Lillian Axe albums right here - online! Better hurry up - CDNow keeps reducing the number of Axe albums available :-( These links may not even work now
Essential Lillian Axe links!
  • IN NOVEMBER OF 1999, RON TAYLOR, JON STER AND DARRIN DELATTE OF LILLIAN AXE, JOINED FORCES WITH DAVIES BAIRD AND KEN KOUDELKA OF CRABTREE TO FORM THE Velvet Poker Dogs

OTHER BAND LINKS
I don't have time to make cool web pages for all my music groups of choice, but I was able to find links to some REAL bands on the 'Net. And they say girls don't like metal... :)

I have lumped these bands into the "METAL" category - please don't get picky and send me e-mail saying, "This isn't METAL - it's PROGRESSIVE / HAIRSPRAY / THRASH / WHATEVER..." -- I KNOW THIS! I haven't categorized them - just enjoy!
YO!! If you live anywhere near Philadelphia, you must see this awesome local band - OCTANE! (hi Bob :-) )
STAIND RULES

Concerts
(this info. is a bit old... maybe one day I'll update more :-{ )

I wound up getting tickets to the July 24, 2001 Staind concert!! (it was sold out) Great concert... except that I had to leave my spot right up near the front because of dang crowd surfers!! :P See, one of them landed on my head and caused a nice gash above my eye. (yeah yeah, that's what I get for standing in the semi-moshing area... but it wasn't the moshing that was bad, it was the ^$!^%!# crowd surfers being thrown everywhere!!) So, I did stay for the rest of the concert (though I exited that particular spot) and wound up needing stitches.

Click to see my concert injury! Staind still rules.

I saw KoRn and G/Z/R in concert in January '96 - check out Kyle's description of our experience at the concert/mosh pit. Yes - I have seen plenty of concerts since then (such as Kittie, Disturbed, Linkin Park, White Zombie, Metallica, Slayer, Ozzie, KISS, Megadeth, Motley Crue, Scorpions...) but Kyle's description of the KoRn and G/Z/R concert is funny...
